COLSON WARRANTY INFORMATION

Colson has taken quality very seriously for over a century. Our Engineering Test Lab, is the most extensive in the caster industry, and we strive to understand critical and specific product feature requirements. It’s just part of our legacy.

To assure Colson products are of the highest quality, we test to the Institute of Caster and Wheel Manufacturers (ICWM), National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) Compliance standards where applicable. In addition, Colson continually evaluates all products to make sure our clients receive the best quality products at every price point.

Colson Caster Warranty

Each Colson branded product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of original purchase, unless it has been misused, abused, modified or improperly installed. Any product that is claimed to be defective that is returned to Colson with its approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and Colson is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.

Encore Caster Warranty

Each Encore branded product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase, unless it has been misused, abused, modified or improperly installed. Any product that is claimed to be defective that is returned to Colson with its approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and Colson is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.
